Collecting Information

IP address: we use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our web site. Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information.

Discussion forum: Where a discussion form is made available on this site for users, participation is completely voluntary and is at the user's own discretion. Please remember that any information disclosed in these areas has the potential to become public information because of the nature of the participation process. Passwords: Where a user generates a user name and password of their choosing for access to our secure site, that password is first encrypted and then stored in our database. We do not store, log, nor re-transmit a user's password in plain type, except where this is internally generated by us. Where this is the case, it is recommended that users change this internally generated password with one of their own choosing, using the utility provided on this site, so that no un-encrypted trail remains. The minimum encryption level used for passwords on this site is MD5.

Using Information

In general, we use your information to update you on services offered, to communicate with you on important issues, and to complete any business transactions that you may have initiated on our site.
